Kitchen Prep

At Trinity Development Center, we believe in providing meaningful opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities to thrive.  One of the unique opportunities we offer is the chance to work in the back of the house at our restaurant. Through this hands-on experience, our clients gain valuable skills, build confidence, and contribute to the community in a meaningful way. From being a Food Runner to a Busser, Host, Food Prep, or Dish Washer, each role is valued and essential to the success of our program.

IDC Dances

The Rose also hosts our monthly I.D.C. Dances. They are open to all members of the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled community, their family and friends. Intellectual Disability Community, is a Non-Profit Organization created to care, assist, empower, educate, advocate and bring about Community Unification for the Developmentally Disabled Community. Each Monthly Social and Dance will be held on the 1st Thursday of each month. Offering socializing skill training, dancing, karaoke at the Rosé, a venue by them and for them! Leading the way to true Community Integration.
