Trinity Development Center is committed to serving individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and the community. Minimum Employment Qualifications

  1. Person must be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
  2. Clearance of a criminal background check.
  3. Minimum of 6 months of prior experience providing direct supervision and special services.
  4. In good health, physically, mentally and occupationally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  5. First aid and CPR certified
  6. Volunteer your time for specified activities and functions as outline by Trinity Development Center.

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Good role model/example
  3. Team player, with a professional attitude
  4. Initiative
  5. Flexibility
